13-1-3: PAYMENT OF VILLAGE DEBTS REQUIRED:

In addition to complying with this code relating to health and safety, a certificate of compliance shall not be issued until all outstanding debts or obligations due the village and related to the real estate in question have been paid in full. (Ord. 09-25, 8-3-2009)
