11-1-1: AUTHORITY TO MAKE RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The Planning Commission shall make such rules and regulations pertaining to subdivisions for the requirements for approval of subdivisions in conformity with the provisions of State law . Such regulations shall be kept on file in the office of the Village Clerk. (1987 Code)
