9-4-3: PLUMBING PERMIT:
   A.   Permit Required: No person shall install, repair, connect or alter any plumbing within the village without a permit therefor from the plumbing inspector; provided, however, that this shall not apply to minor home repairs by the owner or occupant.
   B.   Issuance Of Permit, Fees: The building commissioner or plumbing inspector shall issue a permit upon application in all cases where the proposed installation or alteration as described in such application is found to be in conformity with this chapter, upon payment by the applicant of the fees set out in subsection 9-2-3D1 of this title.
A plumbing fixture shall be any bathtub, laundry tub, sink, toilet, lavatory, shower, urinal, fountain, floor drain, sump pump, ejector pump or water heating, cooling, or storage device.
   C.   Bond Required: Any application for a permit to do or install any plumbing work in connection with the village waterworks system or sewer work or connection with the sewer works system must be accompanied by a bond as described in subsection 8-5-5B of this code. (1987 Code)
