9-2-8-3: PENALTY:
Any person, sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation who violates the provisions of this section 9-2-8 shall be subject to a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day for each day said violation exists. (Ord. 09-34, 8-3-2009)
