A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Broadview, being marked and designated as Title 71 “Public Buildings, Facilities and Real Property”, Chapter 1 “Capital Development Board”, Subchapter d “Energy Codes”, Part 600 “Illinois Energy Conservation Code” be and is hereby adopted as the municipal code for energy conservation for the Village of Broadview, in the State of Illinois for regulating and governing energy efficient building envelopes and installation of energy efficient mechanical, lighting, and power systems; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Illinois Energy Conservation Code on file in the office of the Village of Broadview are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this section.
