A certain document, one copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Broadview, being marked and designated as the Illinois Accessibility Code be and is hereby adopted as the Accessibility Code of the Village of Broadview, in the State of Illinois, on file in the office of the Village of Broadview and is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, for establishing, regulating and governing minimum design requirements to ensure that the built environment in the State of Illinois is designed, constructed, and altered to be accessible to and usable by all, including individuals with disabilities; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Accessibility Code on file therefor as if fully set out in this section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in this section.
