The water and sewer rates charged to water and sewer consumers of the Village of Broadview shall be as provided by the President and Board of Trustees.
Effective immediately, any changes to water and sewer rates whatsoever, shall be imposed by ordinance.
A minimum fee equal to the cost of two thousand (2,000) gallons shall be charged to each consumer of water in the Village per month.
Effective January 1, 2020, the tiers shall be charged the following rates per gallon:
