A. Separate Connections: Each residential structure and each business, regardless of whether it is located in the same building structure as another business, shall have its own service pipe connection to the public water main.
B. Installation: All service pipes from the main to the premises to be served shall be installed at the cost of the owner of the property involved or the applicant for the service. Such installation shall be under the supervision of the Director of Public Works.
C. Specifications: No service pipe shall be installed unless it conforms to specifications approved by the Director of Public Works, a copy of which specifications shall be kept on file by the Department of Public Works and the Building Department and shall be open to inspection by any interested person.
