8-4-1: WATER USE:
   A.   Turning On Water: No water from the municipal water supply system shall be turned on for service into any premises by anyone other than the Director of Public Works or some person authorized by him or her to do so.
   B.   Water Service, Application: Applications to have water turned on shall be made in writing to the Village and shall contain an agreement by the applicant to abide by and accept all of the provisions of this chapter as conditions governing his use of the Village water supply. All such applications, when properly made shall be filed by the Village.
   C.   Building Construction, Fee: During the construction of any building and before any water meter is installed as provided by this chapter, the contractor so constructing such building may be permitted to use the municipal water supply by previously making application therefor to the Village and paying a fee of six hundred dollars ($600.00) for the use of a water hydrant meter. The manner of the use of the water by the contractor shall be determined by and meet with the approval of the Director of Public Works. (1987 Code; amd. Ord. 2019-27, 11-18-2019; Ord.
