8-3-3: PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:

No person shall plant, remove, cut above the ground, or disturb any tree on any street or other public place without first filing an application and procuring a permit from the director of public works. (Ord. 2001-019, 8-20-2001; amd. Ord. CO-2023-15, 5-15-2023)
