A. Building Supplies And Trash: It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit on any street any material, and this includes, but it is not limited to, sand, bricks, mortar or any other building materials which may be harmful to the pavement thereof, or any waste material or any leaves, waste and other material which are to be burned which may cause injury to the street.
B. Snow From Parking Lots: Every owner, lessee, tenant, occupant or other person having charge of any parking lot for an apartment building, commercial building or industrial building, in removing snow from such parking lot, shall not deposit such snow on any public way of the Village.
C. Missiles, Debris: It shall be unlawful to cast, throw or propel any missile on any street, alley or public place, and it shall be unlawful to throw or deposit any glass, nails, tacks or other similar articles on any street, sidewalk or alley in the Village. (1987 Code)
