8-2-4: CURB CUTS:
No curb shall be broken or opened for any purpose without first procuring a permit and paying a fee therefor to the Building Department of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00). (1987 Code; amd. Ord. CO-2023-15, 5-15-2023)
