A. No recreational vehicle or boat trailer may be parked or stored without the prior issuance of a permit by the village.
B. The code enforcement officer shall issue a permit upon submission of a completed and approved application and payment of the license fee as set forth in section 7-2-3 of this title.
C. Required state license plates and village stickers shall be current and properly displayed.
D. Property owners shall have and display upon request of a police officer, the zoning administrator or the code enforcement officer proof of ownership of, and a valid permit for, a stored or parked recreational vehicle or boat trailer. (Ord. 2003-07, 11-3-2003)
