7-8-1: ADOPTION OF THE ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE BY REFERENCE:
Pursuant to section 20-204 of the Illinois Vehicle Code 1 , the Illinois Vehicle Code is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference and shall be applicable in the Village. Any person who violates any provision of the Illinois Vehicle Code within the Village shall be cited for that violation in the manner and form as prescribed by law and as may be required subject to a fine up to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
