7-3-4: PROHIBITED ACTS AND CONDITIONS:

A. Clinging To Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any person on any street riding a bicycle, motorcycle, or any tow vehicle to cling to or to attach himself or his vehicle to any moving motor vehicle or wagon.

B. Riding On Running Board: It shall be unlawful for any person to ride upon the fenders, running board or outside step of any vehicle.

C. Toy Vehicles: It shall be unlawful for any person upon skates, a coaster, sled, skateboard or other toy vehicle, to go upon any roadway other than a crosswalk. (1987 Code)
