The following enumerated provisions of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes are adopted and by reference made a part of this code with the same force and effect as though set forth herein verbatim; and the term "this act" whenever used in any such section shall mean this title, whenever necessary to effectuate the meaning of this section. Any violation of this section may be cited by referring to the state statute section as a subsection of this section:
