5-1-12: APPLICABILITY OF PROVISIONS:
The Chief, Deputy Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Engineer and such additional members as may be from time to time provided for in the annual appropriation ordinance, shall be subject to the rules and regulations as provided by this chapter. (1987 Code)
