Pursuant to chapter 4 of this title, the Village participates in the Mutual Fire Aid Program with neighboring municipalities.
In the event that the Village Fire Department ambulance responds to a mutual aid call in a neighboring municipality, the Village will charge an ambulance user fee on a reciprocal basis; that is, if the neighboring municipality has enacted a user fee for ambulance services, the Village will reciprocally charge that fee; however, if the neighboring municipality has not enacted a user fee, the Village will reciprocally not charge a fee.
