A. Office Created: There is hereby created the office of Health Officer, an executive office of the Village.
B. Appointment: The Health Officer shall be appointed by the President and Board of Trustees.
C. Powers And Duties Generally: The Health Officer shall be the head of the Health Department and shall be responsible for the efficient conduct of its affairs. All officers and employees assigned to this Department shall obey all orders and instructions given by the Health Officer. (1987 Code)
