4-1-1: DEPARTMENT CREATED, COMPOSITION:
There is hereby created a Health Department, an executive department of the Village. The Health Department shall consist of the Health Officer who shall be the head of the Department, and such other officers and employees as may be assigned to it. (1987 Code)
