3-1-8: BUILDING AND PREMISES:

No license shall be issued for the conduct of any business if the premises and building to be used for the purpose do not fully comply with the requirements of this code or other ordinances of the village. No such license shall be issued for the conduct of any business or performance of any act that would involve a violation of the zoning regulations. (Ord. 2003-02, 3-3-2003)
