A. Any business that engages in commercial activity within the village may apply for a temporary business license.
B. A temporary business license shall be issued at the sole discretion of the building commissioner upon satisfactory completion of a temporary business license application and payment of a fee in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). Said application shall be available through the office of the building commissioner.
C. An applicant herein must submit an application for a business license pursuant to section 3-1-2 of this chapter, and further, must comply with all village code regulations.
D. No temporary business license shall issue for more than sixty (60) days and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of the building commissioner. (Ord. 13-69, 10-21-2013)
