2-4-2: MEMBERS DESIGNATED, ORGANIZATION:
The members of the Board of Trustees are designated and appointed members of the Board of Local Improvements. The members of the Board of Trustees together with the Village President shall constitute the Board of Local Improvements. The Village President shall be president of the Board of Local Improvements and the Village Clerk is hereby appointed secretary of said Board of Local Improvements. (1987 Code)
