2-3-2: TRUSTEES OF FUND; TERM:

The board of trustees of the Firefighters' Pension Fund shall consist of the following members: Village President, Village Clerk, Village Attorney, Village Treasurer, Chief of the Fire Department, and three (3) additional persons chosen from active firefighters and one other person who has retired under the terms of the Firefighters' Pension Fund Act, or such other members as may be provided from time to time by State statute .
