2-2-1: BOARD CREATED, ELECTION AND APPOINTMENT, TERMS OF OFFICE:
There is hereby created a Police Pension Board as is provided by statute 1 . The Board shall consist of five (5) members; two (2) of whom shall be appointed by the Village President, and two (2) of whom shall be elected from the regular police force, and one from the beneficiaries under the Police Pension Fund Act as created by statute 2 . (1987 Code)
