(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) (1) Any person 17 years of age or older found in violation of § 112.02(B) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $500 and not more than $750 for each violation thereof. Any person under the age of 17 who violates § 112.02(B) shall pay court costs, and in addition to paying the fine, shall complete not less than 24 hours of community service.
(2) Notwithstanding age, any individual found in violation of § 112.02(C) must complete drug counseling.
(3) Any person 17 years of age or older found to be in violation of § 112.02(C) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $750 for each violation thereof.
(4) Each violation of § 112.02, or each day a violation continues to exist, shall constitute a new and separate violation.

(E) Unless otherwise provided in §§ 112.15 through 112.26, any person convicted of violating any provisions of §§ 112.15 through 112.26, or any amendments or additions thereto, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum of not less than $100 nor more than $750 for such violation; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(F) Any person who violates any provision of § 112.41 is guilty of a petty offense and for the first offense shall be fined $200, $400 for the second offense in a 12-month period, and $600 for the third or any subsequent offense in a 12-month period. One-half of each fine collected under this division (F) shall be distributed to the unit of local government or other entity that successfully prosecuted the offender and one-half shall be remitted to the state to be used for enforcing § 112.41.

(G) Any person who violates § 112.42 shall be guilty of a business offense punishable for a first offense by a fine of $200, for a second offense in a 12-month period by a fine of $400, and for the third or any subsequent offense in a 12-month period by a fine of $600. One-half of each fine collected under this division (G) shall be distributed to the unit of local government or other entity that successfully prosecuted the offender and one-half shall be remitted to the state to be used for the enforcement of § 112.42.
