§ 112.42 DISTRIBUTION OF SMOKELESS TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO UNDERAGE PERSONS.
   No person shall distribute or cause to be distributed to any person under the age of 21 without charge or at a nominal cost, any smokeless tobacco product.
