§ 112.25 CONSUMPTION ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   Public property. No person in the village shall consume any alcoholic beverage on public property, including streets, parks, or any other governmentally owned real estate.
   (B)   Privately owned property. No person in the village shall consume any alcoholic beverages in open view on privately owned property if the owner of said privately owned property posts a sign thereon stating that no alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on the private property and providing that the owner of the privately owned property has given the Village Police Department a written letter of direction to patrol said property and to enforce this section for violations occurring thereon.
