(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances. (B) Violation of the provisions of §§ 116.001 through 116.011 of this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor. (Prior Code, § 14.06.120)
(C) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 116.025 through 116.027 of this chapter shall be classified as a Class C misdemeanor. (Prior Code, § 16.02.040)
(D) Violation of the provisions of §§ 116.040 through 116.050 of this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor punishable as provided in § 110.999 of this code of ordinances. (Prior Code, § 14.03.120)
(E) Violation of the provisions of §§ 116.065 through 116.069 of this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor. (Prior Code, § 14.08.060)
(F) Violation of the provisions of §§ 116.095 through 116.101 of this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor. (Prior Code, § 14.14.080)
(G) In addition to other penalties provided by law, any person, firm, corporation, charity or other entity violating any of the provisions of §§ 116.115 through 116.117 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. No swap meet licensee or swap meet seller shall be deemed to have complied with the provisions of §§ 116.115 through 116.117 of this chapter if: (1) He or she fails to properly provide the information required by §§ 116.115 through 116.117 of this chapter; or (2) He or she gives false information as to his or her identity or as to any other information required by §§ 116.115 through 116.117 of this chapter.
