§ 116.050 REVOCATION.
   (A)   Licenses issued pursuant to this subchapter may be revoked by the City Council whenever it shall have been made to appear to its satisfaction upon a proper hearing as provided in § 110.022(A) of this code of ordinances, that the licensee has violated any of the terms or provisions of this subchapter or of the licensee’s bond.
   (B)   Upon revocation of the license, the licensee shall cease to operate thereunder and the unearned portion of the license fee and the bond shall be forfeited to the city.
