§ 135.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 130.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any minor violating the provisions of §§ 135.48(A) and 135.49(B) or (C) shall be guilty of an act of unruliness and shall be cited to the County Juvenile Court.
      (2)   Any parent, guardian or other adult person violating §§ 135.47, 135.48(B) and 135.49(A) shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. For a second or any subsequent violation of these sections, such parent, guardian or other adult person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
      (3)   Any person violating the provisions of § 135.50 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
   (C)   Any person or persons violating the provisions of § 135.46 shall be given a warning for the first violation and fined a sum of $50 for the second violation within a year from the first offense and fined a sum of $100 for a third offense and any additional offenses within a year from the first offense.
