§ 135.47 PARENT’S RESPONSIBILITY.
   No person being the parent, guardian, custodian or other adult person having custody or control of any minor shall allow or permit such minor to violate or shall neglect to restrain or prevent such minor from violating the curfew prohibition set forth in § 135.46.
