§ 153.436 VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION.
   The Village Planning Commission shall have the power to administer §§ 153.365 through 153.367, 153.380 through 153.383, 153.395 and 153.396 and shall have the power to issue conditional zoning certificates as specified and regulated in this chapter.
