§ 70.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this Traffic Code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Unless stated otherwise, any person who violates a provision within this chapter commits an infraction as scheduled by the Ordinance Violation Bureau. As set out in § 34.21 of this code, there is a fine of $100, reduced down to $50 if paid within 72 hours of the offense, for §§ 70.006 to 70.010, 70.012, 70.025 to 70.027 and 70.040 to 70.048 of this chapter.
   (C)   (1)   It is provided that in addition to any penalty provided for in this Traffic Code, any truck or vehicle in violation of §70.060 to 70.063 of this chapter may be ordered to be removed or may be removed by the Chief of Police or any police officer at the expense of the driver of said vehicle, its owner or the person in possession of such truck or vehicle.
      (2)   The penalties for an offense are:
         (a)   First offense: $100;
         (b)   Second offense: $150; and
         (c)   Third offense: $250.
      (3)   All penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid within 72 hours of notice to the offender.

   (D)   (1)   As set out in §§ 70.075 to 70.081 of this chapter:
         (a)   First offense: $25;
         (b)   Second offense: $50; and
         (c)   Third offense: $75.
      (2)   All penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid within 72 hours of notice to the offender.
