§ 70.075 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TRUCK. Any motor vehicle designed, used or maintained primarily for the transportation of property unless the vehicle has a maximum capacity of one ton or less unloaded.
