(A) Whoever violates any provision of § 130.01 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $100.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of § 130.03 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $10.
(C) Whoever violates any provision of § 130.04 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $25.
(D) Whoever violates any provision of § 130.05 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100.
(E) Whoever violates any provision of § 130.06 shall be fined not more than $10.
(F) For violations of this chapter, a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
(G) Any minor 15 to 17 years of age who violates § 130.03(A) shall be subject to a civil penalty of $25.
(H) Any minor under the age of 15 years who violates § 130.03(A) shall be subject to a civil penalty of $50.
(I) Any minor who violates § 130.03(A) in a cemetery or other facility used to memorialize the dead shall be subject to a civil penalty of $100.
(J) Any parent or guardian of a minor who violates § 130.03(B) shall be subject to a civil penalty of $50.
(K) Any person or entity who violates §§ 130.03(C) or (D) shall be subject to a civil penalty of $50.
(L) For each violation of § 130.03 by any minor, parent or guardian of a minor, owner/operator of an establishment, or any other person within 90 days of a previous violation, the violator shall be subject to a civil penalty of $100.
(M) Any person violating the terms of this chapter shall pay the appropriate penalty at the office of the City Clerk-Treasurer within 30 days from the date of the citation. If the penalty is not paid within 30 days, the Clerk-Treasurer shall refer the citation to the City Attorney for filing and prosecution of the citation in a court of competent jurisdiction over ordinance violations located in the county.
