§ 154.009 ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW PROGRAM.
   The purpose of the Environmental Review Program section is to provide for the preparation and review of Environmental Assessment Worksheets (EAW), Environmental Impact Statements (EIS), and other environmental documents required under M.S. § 116D.04, subd. 2a, as it may be amended from time to time, and M.S. § 116D.01 as it may be amended from time to time.
