§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.13 shall be subject to such penalties as are specified in § 130.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating §§ 90.14 or 90.15 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense and separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
