§ 90.13 FAILURE TO PAY PICKUP FEE.

No person who has violated any provision of §§ 90.01 through 90.12 for which payment is prescribed, shall fail to pay the prescribed fee. Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with this section is guilty of failure to pay pickup fee, a minor misdemeanor.
