The Board, for the rendition of electric services and water and sewer services shall bill for all services rendered to each customer on one monthly bill which shall show each separate item charged for, same to be collected and enforced together. All monthly charges for electric services and water and sewer services rendered shall be due on the final date shown on the monthly bills. Should any monthly bill remain unpaid and delinquent for a period of eight (8) days subsequent to the final payment date shown on the bill, all electric services and water and sewer services may be discontinued and such service may be reinstated before all delinquent charges are paid in full and a reconnection charge is paid in full.
