23-2.11   Deposit of Collections and Investment Policy.
   All funds collected from its customers by the Board from all divisions shall be deposited daily into banks or other institutions in accordance with the Investment Policy of the Board now in effect or as amended. All funds collected by the Board shall be invested and utilized in accordance with the Investment Policy of the Board now in effect or as amended.
