23-2.08 Political Activities Prohibited by Members and Employees.

No member of the Board shall use his office for political purposes, nor attempt to exercise political influence on any employee of the Board or collect or attempt to collect from any employee a political contribution for any candidate, group of candidates or for any political fund. Violation of this provision shall be deemed cause for removal by the Board of Commissioners.
