22-5.08   Revocation of Permit.
   All permits issued pursuant to this Subchapter shall be temporary and do not vest any permanent rights. Reasons for revocation of a special event permit include applications containing incomplete or false information; the applicant does not comply with all terms and conditions of the permit; the applicant fails to arrange for or adequately remit all fees, deposits, insurance or bonds to the City; or disaster, public calamity or other emergency exists. The City Police or designated City official overseeing the provisions of City services for the special event is granted the authority to revoke the permit and terminate the event.
