22-5.02   Application for Permit.
   A person seeking issuance of a special event permit shall file an application with Neighborhood Services Division on forms provided by this office not less than sixty (60) calendar days before the date on which it is proposed to conduct the special event. Neighborhood Services Division may waive the minimum filing period and accept an application filed within a shorter period.
