22-3.11   Authority to Place Devices Indicating Required Turns.
   The Director of Public Works or his designee may authorize the placing of official traffic control devices within or adjacent to public street or private driveway intersections indicating the course to be traveled by vehicles turning at such intersections, and such course to be traveled as so indicated may conform to or be other than as prescribed by law.
