15-4.02 Notice of Violation or Citation.

Enforcement proceedings for the provisions of this Chapter shall be initiated by the issuance of a notice of violation or a citation by City Police Officer or Code Enforcement Officer as set out in Chapter 2 of this Code of Ordinances.
