11-8.02   Street Lighting for New Subdivisions.
   An owner/developer or property owners in a new subdivision who wish to provide for the installation of street lighting may contract with WRECC for the cost of installation of street lights, including light pole design, light bulbs, location of street lights and energy costs, as well as any and all other factors for the construction and installation of the street lights for such new subdivision.
