11-6.10   Allocation of Receipts into the Job Development Incentive Fund.
   The Department of Finance shall allocate and deposit all receipts from this Subchapter, including employee withholdings, fines and penalties required by this Subchapter, and all other program income, receipts or funds deemed necessary or appropriate by the City into the Job Development Incentive Fund. To the extent possible, all expenses incurred by the City in the implementation of this Subchapter, including court costs, attorney's fees and incidental expenses, shall be paid from the Fund; provided, however, services provided by employees of the City shall not be borne by said Fund. Any excess monies in the Fund may be transferred to the General Fund or may be used as deemed appropriate by the City.
