10-5   PENALTIES.
   Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or imprisoned not more than ninety (90) days, or both. Each day any violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.(Ord. BG94-53, 12/20/94; Ord. BG2004-66, 12/21/2004)
