a. Every application for any permit under this Subchapter shall contain the name of the electrical contractor and master electrician licensed by the Commonwealth of Kentucky, along with the Commonwealth of Kentucky licensing number for the electrical contractor and master electrician who shall personally supervise the entire scope of work.
b. The electrical contractor, master electrician or master electricians named in the application for any permit shall each be personally responsible for seeing and determining that all other master electricians and electricians working on all matters pertaining to the permit and the job referred to thereon are properly licensed and registered as required by this Chapter.
